Unfortunately for Horizon Zero Dawn, prior to Game Version 1.04, there were issues with the way how Horizon Zero Dawn handles Mouse Sensitivity; as it uses Negative Mouse Acceleration if the game runs at above 30FPS.
Horizon is a great game, and putting it on PC will undoubtably give it a brand new fan base, many of which may find it the best game they've ever played (it is fantastic) and those people will likely say to themselves "well damn, I want to play Horizon 2, and I've heard great things about X, Y, and Z, I might as well pick up a PS5".
Based on the leaks.. it means ..They already have PC build.. Tested and working.. No wonder they can release it in 7 Months.. Also the name of the leaks is Horizon Forbidden West.. not with Complete Edition or smt.. So.. it is possible to release this early..
